Jason Warshofsky is a graduate of the American University in Washington, D.C. (B.A. 1992); ST. Thomas School of Law (JD with honors 1995) and the University of Florida Graduate Tax Program (LL.M. 1996). Mr. Warshofsky was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995. Mr. Warshofky is board certified in the area of Wills, Trust and Estates and has received the preeminent AV rating from Martindale Hubbel.
Mr. Warshofsky is a member of the Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar and the Probate and Guardianship Sub Committee of the Dade County Bar. Mr. Warshofsky is a frequent speaker at professional meetings of attorneys and also speaks to the public. Mr. Warshofsky has lectured on various topics including trust drafting, Medicaid qualification, probate administration, general estate planning, avoiding probate and trust litigation, estate tax planning and asset protection planning.
